Default Nintendo Pres. PS4/Xbox1 game line up "meh"

“It’s all about the games. The competitive systems have announced their launch lineups. I’m allowed to say ‘Meh,’” Fils-Aime said. “I look at our lineup of titles and I feel good about our lineup. We’ve got Zelda. We’ve got Mario. We’ve got Donkey Kong. In addition to great titles like Pikmin 3 and Wonderful 101, I feel very good about our lineup, and I feel very good about the value proposition we’re putting out there for the consumer.”

    Link

I havent decided if Im buy a console or not yet but I do see a couple title that look better than the reused Mario, Zelda and Donkey Kong.

    Watch Dogs
    Skylanders: SWAP Force
    Ryse: Son of Rome
    Killer Instinct
    BF4

Just to name a few that look enticing to me.

Really Nintendo? If I want to play Mario, Zelda or Donkey kong I'll get an N64 on ebay for $50, come up with something new i mean really? Mario, Zelda and Donkey Kong are great and all but they simply can't compete in any way with BF4, Watch Dog and all the other amazing titles on PS4 and Xbone. Stop trying to play with the big kids, you fail everytime.

Not to mention their story lines become stale as they are generally the same thing just new created environments.

I think Im leaning more towards just sticking with my PC, between humble bundle, steam, origin, EOE, (i think whats called been a while) very rarely do I pay full price for games.

For the people knocking Nintendo let me say that the launch titles for the next gen consoles coming out later this year they will be hard pressed to have their games be truly better than Rayman Legends and Lego City Undercover. Both amazing games and it would not surprise me in the least if objective people rated these games better than any next gen launch title. In fact Rayman Legends is getting rave reviews and GameSpot is the only one stupid enough to give it an 8 cuz they couldn't understand that the game was more than a single player experience. LOLOLOL

.. and if anyone thinks BF4 is better than these games I mentioned at least these have something new to offer in game play vs rehash BF and COD crap as war games are just war games where people shoot guns and use vehicles and really how much more new things can they really bring to these games ? Pretty much nothing.
I wish I could build pcs each and every single day for the rest of my life. PC FTW !

Well, I just did the unthinkable! I ordered a Wii U Deluxe 32GB for the family. First console I have bought since the Sega Genesis. Looks great specs list it as an IBM Tri-core running 1.24GHz and an AMD Radeon GPU...

There is nothing wrong with having a console for family fun. I have a PS3, Xbox360 and a Wii. We have a lot of fun with them. Will be having some drinks and playing PS Move tonight. When it comes to solo hardcore gaming is when I hit my PC.

Watch Dogs and really excited for Tom Clancy's: The Division, other then that not much im wanting to play as far as on consoles is concerned. Anything cheap on Steam will suffice for me.
