Doom 4 will 'show id's potential'
http://www.computerandvideogames.com....php?id=245693Bethesda's Pete Hines has claimed that Doom 4 will "show the world id's true potential" when it finally hits shelves.
Very little is known about the FPS sequel currently. CVG revealed last year that fantasy author Graham Joyce is penning the story of the title - but no release date or screens have been released by Bethesda.
More details of the game are expected to be revealed at QuakeCon in August.

So does this means all of Carmack's hype about D3 and its engine was not "full potential" and therefore crap?
Lemme guess.......Doom 5 will unleash id's true TRUE potential. Not just true potential.
