If I were you I would take a look at our ASRock P67 Fatal1ty Pro review. Out of the 15 P67 motherboards we reviewed, we got some of the best overclocks with our 2600K and the Fatal1ty Pro board. The money you would save buying this board instead of the P67 Maximus IV Extreme, would allow you to buy a better power supply. By the way, our Asus P67 Maximus Extreme IV review should be published tomorrow.

If you go to Detons 5GHz club thread, you will also see that the Asus P67 WS Revolution is another great choice, we have members with both 2600K and 2500K chips that have gone past 5GHz using this board, but you also have to understand that all 2500K & 2600K chips are not the same and may not be able to hit 5GHz.

As far as your PSU, why skimp on the power supply when your going to be powering a GTX 590? I would suggest you find a good single rail PSU with at least 70amps. We just reviewed the Sentey 1000W Gold which has 82amps on a single rail for $189.99 but they also make a 850W Gold with 72amps on a single rail for $159.99. I really can't see you buying a cheap brand PSU only to end up replacing it in a couple of months, it's not only the trouble of doing the RMA bur also the downtime waiting for a replacement.

I second Doctor Deaths advise. Also, a solid SSD would be better but obviously cost more. Last I would get a decent aftermarket air cooler.
