What temps are you getting on various components?
    ie: Video cards, CPU,.............

Could it be a thermal issue?

i had this with my asus ips monitor. i had heard it was an issue with this monitor, but have found it really can't be, as one day, after some win7 updates, the problem stopped. before this, i tried a handful of different gpu drivers, different gpu/makes of gpu, chipset drivers, power settings, motherboard bios, etc., even reinstalling from scratch. all i know is one day the blackouts stopped happening. sorry i don't have any more info...
