I have the 240GB version of this drive and it works well for me. I't's not the fastest drive out there, but so what? It's still damn fast.

Any SSD is fast, I installed the OWC 3G Mercury Electra 240GB in one of my systems which is a Sata II drive, and with Win 7 Ultimate installed it boots from a cold start to the start up screen with icons in 23seconds. To be honest with you in real world use you really can't tell the difference

Agreed, my ADATA 120GB SATA-II SSD is damn fast in usage even though it doesn't keep up with the newer SATA-III drives in benchmarks.
It makes for a snappy, responsive computer.
