For Rads, Like the GT AP-15, due to the static pressure these fans are great and quiet. Push a ton of air.
Also the new swiftech Helix 120mm fans are not bad. I bought 4 of the to use on my tech bench and so far I like them.

a little bit loud at, but static pressure is good for rads.

The cougar fans make a buzzing noise when mounted horizontally at anything less than full speed. Makes the PWM function unusable. I tried them on my 570LX and the noise was unbearable.

How long did you run it? Mine did that for a week or two then it stopped.

Ran mine for about 2 or 3 weeks and then switched over to the Noctua NF-F12's.

The best horizontal PWM fans Made are Noctua, the Cougars are not made to be mounted horizontally or I would have recommended them, the stock Corsair Fans that come with the unit can be bought on their website for 2 for 25.00bucks, very expensive for them but they were made for the unit, its up to you, I would use the Noctua.
