What do you think about my plan build?(need some suggestions)

I'm planning to build a new rig mainly for Programming, Gaming, Photo and Video editing, Overclocking, and possibly Music Recording(if my bro would chip in so we can make music together )

I try to keep it less than 1000$ (budget is 70,000yen, I'm in japan so prices are in yen by the way)

so here is my current plan:

CPU: Intel Core i7 3770K (Y27,760)
Mother Board: Asrock Extreme 4 (Y12,390)or Gigabyte UD3H(Y13,390)
HDD: Seagate 1TB (Y6,070)
RAM: still undecided but I think I would need 8GB or higher for music/video editing? (Y4500-6000?)
Case: Zalman Z9 plus (Y4,470)
PSU: Gori-Max2 650W 80PLUS(Y3,470) ( I don't know if this is available outside japan but I hear good things about this from japanese folks here)
GPU: HD5970 (I already have this from my old PC)
Monitor: already have one.
Cooler: H70 perhaps?
