    hey i am new to this siste. i have a force gt 120 and i have used a couple of diferent programs to test my speed and my write speed seems to be a tad low. i updated the drivers i double checked to see if it was in the right sata port on mb and the highest write speed i can come up with is 140mb/s when on the box its rated at 515 mbs a sec. my read was not eaven a hundred in the diffrance. could u guys give me your opions thanks

    Best Practices for TOP SSD Performance

    Also run ATTO to see what linear speeds you get with the Sanforce controler and run CrystalMark to see the 4K and 4K QD32 speeds. Take a screen shot, load it to Photobucket or Image shack and copy the link here.

    Also, AMD uses a Marvel controller on your board and Marvel does not get Intel controller speeds.......

    hey i have flowed the steps in the links that u have gave me thank u my read is 500mbs on crystal disk mark but my write speed is maxing out at 140mbs i was kinda hopeing for a more jump in the area of 400 .. the onley thing i tryed that dident work was putting it into raid instead of ACHI . i allways thought raid was for when u had 2 of the same drives and raided them together ? any more hints or stuff to try to get ny write speed high would be welcome. out of the 120 gb there is 50 gb free inacse anybody was woundering thanks again

    i have also noticed on the benchmark program called AS SSD it says amd_sata- ok but under neath it in red it says 31 k -bad in red ?

    When the benchmark is complete, hit print screen on your keyboard. Open Paint and select new, then paste. Save the file as a jpeg. Open a photobucket account and upload the image to photobucket. When it is uploaded, save it and coly the image tag right here on the forum and the screen shot will show.
