    Default Razer New DeathAdder 2013

Pleasure in the job puts perfection in the work: our passion as gamers and our continuous love for ownage cumulates in the new Razer DeathAdder – with more power, better performance and more control.

Originally released in 2006, the DeathAdder has gained legendary status for its combination of ergonomics and precision to become the preferred weapon of annihilation by countless gamers and pro-gamers worldwide. It comes as no surprise that it remains the fastest and best-selling gaming mice.
Returning for 2013, the new Razer DeathAdder comes with the World’s first 6400dpi optical sensor for improved speed and precision. Retaining its ergonomic shape, the DeathAdder gets additional rubber side grips for better mouse control.
More power. Better performance. More control.

Sublime and classic design, one of my all-time favourites. So don't mess with a winning formula, smart move. HOWEVER, they really need to address a few minor shortcomings that almost all modern gaming mice have, regardless of pricing. One they fixed was the side grip; very good move! But they missed the other glaring problem: no DPI adjustment button(s). That's a real dealbreaker for a gaming mouse, in my opinion. A better sensor won't be noticed by 99% of the consumers, but a DPI adjustment will.

Unfortunately, a rare missed opportunity by Razer.

    I agree....
Although they do have a mice that has the DPI adjustment. Its a bit of a old one but I still use it every once in a while. Can't recall the name.. Ill have to look at it when I get home.
