Default Corsair Introduces the Hydro Series H110 and H90 Liquid CPU Coolers

    Quote

Corsair, designer of high-performance PC hardware components, today announced the Hydro Series H110 and H90 liquid CPU coolers. With huge radiator cooling surfaces areas of 280 mm and 140 mm respectively and specially designed 140 mm low-speed, high static pressure fans, the new coolers deliver superior CPU cooling and quieter operation than smaller 120 mm designs.

The Corsair Hydro Series H110 and Hydro Series H90 liquid coolers are immediately available from Corsair's worldwide network of resellers and distributors. Suggested retail prices in the United States are $129.99 for the H110 and $99.99 for the H90.

    Hey Guys

Good news, Corsairs going to try to get the H110 to me in time for the round up, this would no longer give the X60 the advantage of being the only cooler with a 280 Rad

i would say out of the X60 and the H110 the performance difference would be of the fans they come with.

The fans wont make but a 1-2c temp difference, i think its all going to rest on how good the pumps are.

Default Re: Corsair Introduces the Hydro Series H110 and H90 Liquid CPU Coolers

The X60 runs 2000RPM fans which makes it kind of loud when runing at full speed, Corsair decided to go with 1500RPM fans, so the H110 would still cool good but with less fan noise. Depending on temps results, I might run both the 1500RPM and then 2000RPM on each 280 cooler so we can see the performance difference that each set of fans make.

I think Static pressure on each manufactures fans are going to be a factor along with pump being used.. the higher the flow/pressure the faster the water moves in terms better cooling..
