    Ok. I had this problume before.I cant remember how I fixed it.Wen I boot up my rig it boot'sup then shut's down 2 times then on thard start up it stay's on. HELP

    Clear cmos and unplug the 24 pin for a few min,worked for me in the past!

    Jim, go into the bios and reset everything to stock settings, then click on save and exit, let me know what happens

    OMG It was the new Kingston Hyper X ram. I installed the Corsair ram back in & it stooped doing it.

    Did you try what Vinny said? The ram should default to 1333MHZ @1.5v but who knows!

    If I'm not forgetting, Memory for LGA1366 needs to run at 1.65v NOT 1.5v
