Question System restarts : Please help

    Hi there

Iím Patricia. I think this is the best place where I get an expert solution for my doubt. A few weeks back I got a gift from my elder brother for my birthday. It is an awesome gaming PC assembled on a rack mount. I love games and started playing from the same day itself. It was working perfectly, until I started playing GTA V. The PC got hung and it restarted by itself soon after. Since this incident, my systems gets restarted after every 10-15 mins. Please, help me to resolve this issue..

My system configuration is (http://pcpartpicker.com/list/rcrqd6) and the custom rack-mount case from Bayview metals, Toronto (Custom Sheet Metal Fabrication - Bayview Metals Toronto). My brother told me that it may be the issue with smps or processor, is it the actual problem?? Need an expert advice to find the actual problem.

    Help me

    Hi Patricia,
    to PureOC,
it could be some problem with AMD VGA driver try to reinstall it, also read these posts where some users experience similar problems and also the solutions. If you have no much knowledge of Software / Hardware, you can ask your brother to help you.

Sounds to me a driver got corrupted when you ran GTA, could be doing an uninstall and reinstall of the graphics drivers may fix the problem. I checked around and didn't see anything about issues with the RX 470 and GTA V, however I do know some versions of the Crimson drivers in the past have had problems.
I do hope however it isn't something that's started getting hot and forcing a shutdown, that would be hardware related and more complicated to fix. Try uninstalling the graphics drivers and reinstall them first to see if that isn't the case here.
