    in peoples opion what would be the very best usb soundcard to use with the hyper x cloud 2 headphones for fils games and music

    The new Sound BlasterX RGB one and no, it's not because it's RGB. They also upped the DAC quality to 32-bit/384 kHz playback. I don't know of any other sound cards that spec that high.

    As far as answering if that higher quality is necessary due to the level of audio the human ear can hear, I couldn't really say. You'd probably find a host of opinions and I also don't know of a good, second-best option to go with. But as far as the best is concerned, it's probably the Sound BlasterX AE-5 and it's probably not even a competition for the time being.
