    in terms of Nehalem's Gaming performance its not much of an improvement...its a good time for AMD's 45nm Denb to catch up

    Also...owners of current high end Intel CPU wont be too disappointed i guess

    Didn't I see an article saying Nahalem out score Qx9770 up to 52%?
    Here it is http://en.expreview.com/2008/10/06/i...an-qx9770.html no hard numbers though.

    All I heard Nahalem won't out performance in games but it will smokes the current procs in everything else.

    Well it looks like the gaming performance isn't through the roof, but the "workstation" type numbers would make sense. Not sure if moving from a Kentsfield/Yorkfield is worth the money until prices drop into '09........
