Red face SD memory write error?

Alright I have a nintendo wii, and I just bought a sd memory card, and I can use it pretty well on my wii. The problem occurs when I try to put it on my sd card slot for my pc, and it says its write protected when overall I don't have the little nitch on the side locked. Anyone know what the cause of this is?

    Default SD Problems

    Hay Pink,

I use SDs at work and home, for everything from Digital Camera, to PDA and Phone and for flash drive data transfer.

I was having a similar problem to what you have described in my PDA, it turned out the file system on the card was corrupted, unfortunately the only way to cure this is to format the card in your PC or using the Wii if it supports formatting.
