Default Windows 7 Professional 64bit Control Center Shows 32bit Flash Player

I have, like many people, issues with Adobe Flash/Shockwave. I have it installed under FireFox 13.0.1, IE9 both 32bit and 64bit. Yet the Control Center shows it at 32bit.
One big issue is that when I close the browser(s) they seem to lose the connection so that sites needing Flash have to reload it.
    Any ideas?

why you installed two different versions?
if you have 64-bit OS then use 64bit version.

You may have installed 32bit version. Go to DxDiag and see if it shows 32 or 64 bit.

Deton: I didn't install the Flash(32) that shows in the Control Center. That is to the best of my knowledge. I don't know how ADOBE makes that connection. The IE9 browsers are required as IE9(64bit) is faster than 32bit. Yet 64bit CAN'T be the default web browser.

DrDeath: I have Windows 7 Professional 64bit installed. DxDiag runs both 32 and 64bit versions. They tell me nothing about ADOBE. It does say I have Directx 11 installed.
