    Default Core Temp program

I just recently started visiting this site and I saw mention of a temp monitor called core temp. Well I used it today and set it beside my Ai booster and from what I could tell it was reading my mobo temps and not my cpu temps. Anyone know what's causing this.

    Not a clue.

what makes you think it's reading your mobo temps? When you run something like Super PI, do the temps shoot up, is it very sensitive, ie, is it contstantly changing temp literally every second?

Well ai booster shows my cpu max temp as 32 degrees and my motherboard/system temp goes up to 53. Well core temp will show the same temps as my system temps exactly and it never goes as low as what ai booster is reporting my cpu temps to be.

Sounds like AI has your readings back to front.
Think you'd need dry ice to have the cpu 20c lower than case temp.
