    Default 11.2 Drivers Issues/Question

I may have screwwed up here =/. I was planning on installing 11.2 drivers so I downloaded them. I was using 11.1, I've never removed old drivers to install new ones is this a problem?

Secondly while my computer was running I noticed my 6950's in crossfire were set to bios switch 2 so I switched it back to 1 without turnign the computer off and proceeded to install the 11.2 drivers. During the install the 3 displays in eyefinity stuttered and went black then began flashing my homescreen(this happened in all other driver updates) then the middle screen went black and i got blue screen error messages on left and right screens saying the computer needed to be restarted due to encountering an error. When the computer restarts I open CCC and notice it's showwing as being updated to 11.2 but i'm unable to overclock my cards, the bars are movable but when i let go they immediatly return to their original values.

Did I screw things up by switching the bios switch while the computer was running? And whats the best method to remove my drivers and try a fresh 11.1 installl.

Thanks guys, everything seems to be running smooth at the momment 3dmark11 scored 7600 and prime95 shows no errors same with furmark but, and games seem to be running well but i think i should revert to 11.1.

With Catalyst Control Center, you can install any new drivers without installing old. I prefer a uninstall and driver sweep myself but ATI(AMD) says you can do it.

The other BIOS should not effect the driver update. Uninstall the drivers. Switch the BIOS over to the good one and run a driver sweep. Then re install 11.2.... GL

I installed 11.2 over 10.12 as well with no issues.

...but I don't have a eyefinity setup. To be honest I would have turn eyefinity off before installing and then reset eyefinity with the new drivers.
