I ran 2 x 5870 in crossfire since oct 09, with out a single issue. My system is running stock. I'm playing black ops and BFBC2 maxed out.

I had the very same problem with a pair of 5970s in crossfire only it did not effect game play. I kept getting the display driver messages throughout the day when emailing company's for samples, or trying to email our reviewers.

Some times I would get BSODs but not that often, the display driver stopped working messages got to be a real pain in a ass, which is why I went back to Nvidia in my main system and have never had a problem since.

I did install the Application Profiles, and always keep everything up to date. It hasnt changed a thing, so now because of the risk of something happening i just disable CF in Starcraft 2. In Black Ops it sometimes works fine and sometimes it crashes. The thing is, when i spend alot of money on a new PC i dont want it to be crashing EVER!

Doctor_Death that is what im leaning towards doing aswell.

I tried to take a screenshot of the wierd flickering and split screen in Crysis 2 Demo today and when i look at the screenshots the screen looks fine. None of the artifacts or wierd stuff appears on the screenshot i take with FRAPS. Anyone know what might be wrong?

Also when i quit the game and relaunch it, the same wierd stuff is going on. But when i exit the game and disable and re-enable crossfire it goes away for a while. Wierd stuff.
