Been drooling over the 690, but I can't yet swallow the price tag. Unless I invoke the magic of credit, but that is sure to bring down a storm of domestic wrath upon me.

Finally time to trade up! Still think I should buy another 570 or go for the trade up?

If I buy the exact same additional 570 it's $90 more than the trade up.

Sent the card in. I hope it get's back by the 24th. I need it to play GuildWars 2.

I somehow tossed out the box, CD, and paperwork. EVGA told me to send it in anyway so hopefully they will not ding me too bad on restocking charges.

Default Re: Should I trade up? 570 to 680?

Sent the card in Friday. They got it end of day Monday. They processed it and sent it out Tuesday and I just received it today Wednesday.

The card is installed and running nicely. EVGA did not charge me a restocking fee all in all a smooth transaction.

    This just adds to that.
