Default Question about PNY GTX580 Liquid Cooled Card

So I ended up buying the PNY GTX580 from Mark (here at PureOC), My original intention was to use this in my LanPC to replace my HD6950 single card.
However since I have my 700D apart right now due to MB failure here is my chance to make some changes if needed.

I have the board back from RMA and (not sure if I will put it back into the system or get a new board yet), I was thinking of maybe sticking the single GTX580 in and using that as my GPU and selling my GTX470's with Danger Den Blocks, However rather then using the factory liquid cooling on the GTX580 I was thinking of maybe buying a FULL water block for it so I can add it as part of my loop.

trying to find info if this card used the Ref. Design PCB or not.
    read the PureOC Review:
PNY GTX 580 Liquid Cooled GPU and CPUBut it doesn't say if its Ref PCB or modified, I read slight changes but not exactly sure what they meant. Can someone clear this up?? is this card Ref design or not??
I really want to add a full water block if available. But if not I can always take my 120mm Rad out and use the factory liquid cooling on the GTX580.

Just some thoughts I have been playing around with this weekend..
    What do you guys think??

I would want to get a second GTX580 to SLI it, but I would need to sell my 3 GTX470's before I even think about this.

Here is a thought Kenny. Have the LC 580 in the LanPC is nice because it is self contained and requires no maintenance and very low chance of failure while moving it around. I would put it there for that reason. As for the 700D, you could always put your two LC'd 6950's in that, sell the 470's with the blocks, and then use that cash to offset the cost of either a new 680 or 7970 for your "Royal Burple" build. Just a thought, but I would put the self contained water cooled card to good use and not mess with it too much. Let it do the job it's suppose to in your Lan PC. Throw some Cougar Vortex PWM fans on the rad and it will keep your Lan PC nice and cool.

It's reference PCB design card. Sealed H20 kit is a good ideal for Lan rig.

Hold off on the 580s, if you want something fast, I'll be selling my EVGA Classified GTX 590s soon, you would then be able to run Quad SLI.

True, You guys all bring up good points... that was the original intention of why I bought the GTX580 from Mark.
    Thanks!!

I am going to have to put more thought into this.. Ill probably stick the GTX580 into my LanPC for now..
Figure out what cards I want next for my X79 System. Ill have to see what happens.

my X79 System right now is almost pretty much done with the exception of a little more cable management.
my 700D system is sitting in my garage all taken apart.. It just looks sad sitting there...

    Thanks!

The GTX590s are still faster than the GTX680s, I'm only selling them to upgrade to the GTX690. By the way, I just had EVGA replace one of the 590s due to a broken fan blade, so one of them is now brand new, the other one has exactly 60 hours on it, so as you can see it was hardly used,
and any one that knows me, knows that I take excellent care of my hardware, and do not push the crap out it.
