    Default ZOTAC Prepares the GeForce GTX 680 AMP!


    The ZOTAC AMP! Edition GTX 680 makes use of Dual 90mm fan cooling design which cools a large aluminium fin array heatsink located underneath it equipped with four copper heatpipes. The cooler cools the GPU by 11C compared to the reference version. The GPU features a base clock of 1110MHz and Boost clock of 1176MHz, Other specs include a 2GB 256-bit memory which runs at the stock 6GHz effective speed. Power is provided through dual 8 pin connectors.

    The ZOTAC GTX 680 4GB is another factory overclocked variant which makes use of the reference design however features a large 4GB memory which runs at 6GHz effective frequency. Core clock is maintained at 1006MHz and Boost clock of 1056MHz.

    I think they could have done better, it looks rushed IMO.

    Yea good point, I think they should have made the shroud cover the heatsink, the heatsink should have wrapped around the fans, they should have put more heatpipes in and the one fan has nothing covering it like the other one, just looks like they forgot about it.
