Where are you located ? if you can buy a EVGA GTX560 it would be the better choice, all EVGA cards come with a limited lifetime warranty, plus their RMA and Support dept is the best around.

The brand matches the card you already have, so it will look good. Just having the second card in the case will produce a little more heat. That's unavoidable.
If you have good air flow through your case it will not matter. Do you have enough PCI-E connectors for the second card on that Power Supply?

    i have a good airflow and i can install 3 gpu's at once ( 3 slots available )

however 590 is big enough to cover the other gpu slot :P but the last gpu slot happens to lay on top of the PSU so i can't install 560 yet , i'm going to pay a visit to the local pc shop to fix this whole thing

hopefully it'll work smoothly without any driver problems

You shouldn't have any driver problems. just make sure you go into the Nvidia control panel and check the 560 to be used for Phys X.

Once you've stipulated in NVIDIA Control Panel that the 560 is ~dedicated~ to PhisX, it will work on it's own and will be automatic too.
Let us know how it turns out.
