    Default Opinions Please

I'm thinking of getting this card. I'd like some opinions from anyone who may have tried one of them.
This is not set in stone but I plan to buy fairly soon.

I think it's too much money since it's not Ghz edition. Most standard 7970 going for under $390.

I don't think Ghz version is any faster than a normal 7970,but higher asic quality affects performance,my xfx 7970 dd is 78.8% asic & can oc to 1300mhz at 1250 vddc

Neil, you can pick up the XFX DD BE 7970 for $370 after MIR from newegg. I think it's a better card than this more expensive Sapphire. It's not better by much so if you are getting a great deal on the Sapphire then I say go for it.
