    Default Can i Rma that card? 680 Twin Frozr

    Hi all.
    My card: Msi Gtx 680 Twin Frozr. I have max temp 70c while benchmarking Unigine 4.0, Unigine Valley and playing Crysis3. But the highest temp , 72C i have in Metro Last Light with SSAA 4x and 3dmark 13. 72C, ts not too high? Please replie. Thx


    On review sites , max load temps for that card are max 65.

    72 is not that bad IMO. Those things can handle a lot more.
    If you're not sure contact MSI, but don't send the card yet

    Can you please list your PC spec's it may be your configuration and not the card causing you heat issues

    There's no need to start a RMA, and your card is not running hot, 72c is not bad at all for a 680, under full load, believe me I used to run 4 of them before switching to my GTX690s and GTX780s.

    If you think your temps are high you can also remove the heatsink and apply some better TIM, it might shave off a couple of degrees

    For the last time, your temps with your card are normal, if you were hitting over 90c then I'd say contact MSI support, but 70c while gaming is not bad at all, you should be happy with those temps, not spending time worrying about them. Now go enjoy your card.
