    Question Bios hd5970

Not sure if proud of embarrassed, but I am still rocking my ATI Radeon HD 5970. Basically, what I have decided to do is an update of the BIOS. I have not found any decent guide or anything, and thought I might as well return to the best PC community out there

So... Can anyone point me in the right direction?

SAPPHIRE HD 5970 4GB GDDR5 PCIEhat would be a direct link to the card I have, not sure if it's necessary but...

So, I made a ticket to Sapphire and here is their reply:

Please feedback your board P/N number , SKU# and serial number that can find at the back of PCB as white stickers.
Also please backup current VBIOS and attach back to us.
    Thanks for the cooperation.

    Original message:
I have ran into minor bugs lately, and when my PC came across yet another bluescreen due to the graphics card I decided to update the bios. I read a few forums, and came across a thread in the sapphire forums where a moderator of some sort locked a thread because it was an "illegal" topic. However, he pointed out that the guy had not received the bios version from sapphire, and basically what I want is the latest bios for the graphics card for when I have my go at it. It is way out of any RMA claim I may have ever had, but at the time I thought it would just be to update the catalyst control center in the future. I have come across numerous posts from people that has repaired their graphics card with various BIOS'es, but I want to be on the safe side but getting the real one from you guys.

Basically what I need to know is... how do I backup my VBIOS?

There is a way to flash and backup the BIOS of your Graphics card using GPU-Z, but i can't remember how to do it..
