Default Is mt Gtx 980 - performing enough?

    Hello i have a question.
Bbut i want only to be sure.Listen.
    GTX 980 OC + I7 2600K with MSAA 8x getting 35-40+- fps. I think its normal.

So how is this possible that 780 Ti + I7 4770K getting 60+ fps with MSAA 8x:

    next thing.
So how is this possible that Gtx 680 + i5 2500k is getting 60-70 fps with TXAA 2x

They tweak something or what the hell?

My Asus Strix 980 getting 45-55 fps with Txaa Medium 2x on the same place.
    My cpu is I7 4790K stock ( 4,4ghz ). I am using new nvidia drivers and i have good 3dmark 13 scores.

Wait! I think I got it! Nvidia has the new super resolution feature for the Maxwell card. It will play your game at 4k res, then downsample it to 1080p. That would explain the drop in FPS and would also mean you can ditch any AA. I don't know where it is in the settings but if you look it up, I bet the feature is enabled by default.

Maybe you should mess with that setting to see if you get an improvement.

    With MSAA8x i have 35-40fps on Asus 980 Strix + 4790K.

    So how is this possible? With MSAA 8x GTX 970 + i5 3570k overclocked + getting 60 fps+

Is this movie with some tweak or what? I dont understand.
    Because:
Also another movie : MSI Gaming 4G GTX 970 MSAA x8 IS getting 30 fps.

What kind of memory are you using? Do you have something running in the background that could possibly slow system down? Bittorent or live streaming? Something that takes CPU resources?
