Is his system a PCI Express or AGP?

    For PCI Express

I am sure many users would back me up here, the best card I've found, is $20 over $100, but well worth it.

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814133242

However, if it has to be under $100, the best card is this

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102752

    For AGP

The best card I could find for under $100 and AGP is this Radeon HD2600XT

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814161207

The 3870 and 9800GT are good, strong performing cards.

    9600gso 9600gt, 3850, 3870, 4670, 9800gt all fall at or under the $100 threshold on newegg

From this list I think the 9800gt is probably top...just about anyway.

You will have to give me time to find reviews though

Edit: the listings on newegg for 9800gt give prices starting around $105 after rebate for this

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130397

This one is $100 though (after rebate)

hehehe if you want to spend $130 I got a treat for you...

    8800GTX for $128
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130414

    8800GTX Ultra for $145
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130404

there more of a rarity but still pack quite a punch on the benchmarks.
