    Default Intergrated Graphic Cards HELP?

Hey guys, I've had my computer for a while, here is my specs (IT'S NOT THE BEST):

    CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2200 @ 2.20GHz
CPU Speed: 2.20 GHz Performance Rated at: 3.3 GHz
    RAM: 2.9GB
Operating System: Windows Vista Home Premium 64Bit
Video Card: nVidia 7100 "nForce 630i"

That's all I know about my system...

I did dxdiag and it says my Video Card is a Intergrated RAMDAC.

I'm getting a new Video Card soon cause mine is CRAP. And I'm wondering if it will be compatible with my system, since I have an intergrated...

    Please help, thanks!

    - Yong

You need to know what type of video card slot that your motherboard support.
Example: VGA or PCI or PCI-E

Since your board is older; I suppect either VGA or PCI.

Is your computer from OEM manufacture such as Dell, HP, Acer....etc?
You should find out the motherboard model number and check their website for its specifications.

    I would think that a 630i can use a PCIe video card.. A E2200 takes a socket LGA775, so I'm sure it can take a PCIe x16.

That confirms that it should take PCIe.

if that's the board then you would have any problem to upgrade today GPU, yes it has 1 PCI-E x16.
