    Overclocking ur gtx 295 will get u a minor improvment in performance and with ur current setting ur hardware won't give u that much improvment. As what was said u need to upgrade ur other hardware to the level of ur graphic card.. but even though it's better to leave ur graphic card on stock as it already generates enough heat.

    And you must get rid of ur 19" samsung lcd and buy urself a decent full hd lcd to imbrace the full potential of ur gtx 295 card.

    A nice 28" with 1920 x 1200 res would be great. you can get a Hanns G at the Egg for $319 I'm going to pick up a 2nd one this weekend I use a 30" with my dual GTX295s, once you turn up all the settings on a larger monitor your going to notice a big difference.
