    Default Intel V8 head to head against AMD's 4X4 platform

    Motherboards.org have published a comparison between Intel's V8 and AMD's 4X4 platform. Intel's S5000Xvx board was fitted with two 3.0 GHz Xeon 5365's, while the ASUS L1N64-SLI WS ran alongside two FX74 CPU's also at 3.0 GHz.

    Those results are good, but they're merely previews of what's too come. The real 4X4 is with two Phenom FX processors, while V8 will be so cool when Skulltrail (dual-Socket 775 motherboard) arrives.
