    Why would you Raid5 with SSDs anyway? I get it for HDDs, but if you are going to RAID SSDs, 0/1/10 are IMO the only ones viable. While 0 is smart then back to traditional hdd...

    I have run SSD's in Raid 0 only. At this point I am waiting on the PCIe SSD's. They won't be limited to the 6GB/s bandwidth. If I were running mechanical drives in RAID, 5 is never considered

    mSata and PCIe are the best option, one ssd good option and raid 0 hdds nice one.

    But they claim their RAID-SE will improve durability of SSDs, not that I had worried about killing an SSD in any raid setup. Increasing performance and reliability to a drive that is already a quantum leap above HDDs sounds great.
