A member of the TweakTown forums who goes by the name "Windwithme" has posted some benchmarks of a Wolfdale-based Core 2 E8500. At stock speeds, the CPU completed the 32MB SuperPI test in 15min 12.828 seconds - while the time improves by around three minutes when clocked at 4.4GHz, scoring 12min 17.86 seconds. Upping the clocks to a max 4702 MHz, the CPU scored 9.860s in the 1MB test. The setup used an Asus P5K3-Deluxe motherboard.
