    With the launch of XP's third service pack slowly brewing, a report has been published revealing that, whilst using OfficeBench, performance improves by around 10% over service pack two.

    Beware, Microsoft will stops selling XP after 6 months next year, 2008.
    Vista SP1 will publicly release in Jan, 2008. We have to wait and see how improvement on the Vista with the SP1.

    i'm currently on xp with sp3 integrated through nlite and of course some thing removed aswell (most of them )
    personally i don't feel any performance improvements. i didn't run any benchmarks though..
