Bound to have happened, in a way, I do hope Pystar win, then Apple will have to release OS X to work on a standard PC, which may bring in, a new, better operating system for us PC Builders.

My understanding is Psystar is being sued NOT because they make "apple clones" but because they openly violated the EULA agreement by installing Mac OSX on their systems.

So..........why not just sell the empty box and then toss in a licensed, legit copy of Leopard and let the end-user do as they please? That shifts the responsibility and they can stay in business!!!
