    Default PowerColor's HD 4870 PCS suffers from instability

    Expreview have discovered that PowerColor's robust HD 4870 PCS has a BIOS glitch which limits the board's fan speed, causing overheating and instability.

    Most 4870's run hot and the fans don't ramp up very well. I'm not sure this is simply a Powercolor issue though.
