    really? high range? with 11khz i don't think it should say "high" at all.. it's all in the mid range.

    and generally at 11khz limit i don't think it would deliver good experience, especially for in-air phones. today's games pay big attention to sound and this would defeat the purpose.
    mp3 changed the world with it's internal lowpass filter ( 128k @ 16khz, 192k @ 18khz ). people now expect the music to sound the way it's presented by mp3 and not the cd quality sound. if this becomes the norm, i will kill myself.. ( and yes, i know that these aren't really meant for music, but still... )
