Default Intel may have paid German retailer to shut out AMD

    read here :
    http://www.tgdaily.com/2006/07/03/in...trust_germany/
    http://xbitlabs.com/news/other/displ...704003858.html

The authors of the FTG article suspect that Intel may have paid several million dollars to convince Media-Saturn to decline shipments of AMD-based products.

another thing for AMD to add to there anti-trust suit. Intel have been doing this sort of thing for years. It's good that it's all coming out now.

I really am not an Intel fan, and trying to pay to have the market all to them selves is a bit cheeky and downright disgusting.

Considering all the press coverage, i really doubt it. If Intel were to do this there would be hell to pay.
