LOW budget build

Guys i am trying to build a low budget CPU build(i found my old celeron pc and i am trying to upgrade it..) around $500 which can play SOME high end games with the help of overclocking my processor and i need your suggestions... here goes the build:

Processor:Intel Pentuim 4 or D(around P[4]3.6 to P[D]3.8Ghz oced to say around 4.5+ to 5Ghz) I saw on the oc world record website that most oced processors were celeron and P4!! around 8Ghz!!!.
GPU:nVidia 9400 or 9500(around $150-$200)
Mobo: guys here i need ur suggestions. i need a mobo which will help me to do a decent oc and which is cheap(plz suggest some ASUS mobo)
Memory: around 2gigDDR2
HD: anything more than 160GB

if u know any other decent low budget build pls inform me. Thanks in advance

LOL,...yeah but they were cool by L2N.
Pentium 4 is a nuclear reactor when you overclocking it, so should consinder to use better cooling method or at least a high end air cooler, and think this will be out of your budget.

if you want to cheap pc go with amd they have proc's for as little as 80 dollars and the boards dont cost much more than 100$ then you can pick up 2 gigs of ram for around 60$ and still have money to spare for a 4850
