    Welcome to the forum

    Its Socket 478

For air cooling id recomend a Zalman CNPS 7700-CU

Its hard to come across S478 mobos, but the best are the Asus P4P800 and Abit IC7 Max 3.

And download a program called CPU-Z

It will tell you any info you need on voltage etc.

It will also tell you if it is a northwood or a prescott. Either is good, but i feel prescotts are safer to overclock but they run very hot. Northwoods suffer from SNDS (sudden northwood death syndrome) Never experienced it myself but thats why i havent oced my cpu.

Edit: Forgot to mention that the Multiplier is locked on p4's so you will have to do it through raising FSB
