Hey Grumpy, that board has been out for at least a month, but I do not think that it is worth the diff in price. When it was first released it was close to $400.

you will see that although the difference in framerate is within 1-3 fps the advantage goes to X58!!
This does seem to me to be my most likely 1st i7 board though (asus w6t6 ws revolution)

Been out that long yes but it has taken a new bios to get the tri-SLI working.
For me it's all about the number of pci(e) slots....Maybe by this time next year I can have a six card folding rig.

with the NF200 chip along with the x58 nvidia claims that significant performance over the motherboard with just the x58

yup they still do both SLI and Crossfire...the NF200 chip is probably there to enhance nvidia's SLI solution further with better SLI scaling

well this is the first bios to make it work so maybe they can get better performance later.
Doc, Was hoping to collect today but may have to wait a day or two (busy at work just now) and the depot is 8 miles across town
