Need help on new router from black friday deals

Ok, i have a 4 year old wireless g router that need to be replace
And for black Friday deal there are 3 routers on sale, but i can't seem to decide which to get, so any idea would be useful
Need: Xbox 360 gaming, HD video streaming, mostly wireless, 2000sq ft single story house, decent and reliable router for next 3yr+: meaning not dropping connections like crazy

1. Netgear N600 3400 for $60

3. Linksys 4200 v2 for $90

Mainly deciding b/w 3700 and 4200v2 cause they are better, but the 4200v2 seem to be a bit new and lots of bugs known so bad review all over
Trying to stay with these cause of black friday price, but if there are something else that better for a bit more money (+$20 from linksys) Ill take a look

I did get the Linksys. There are many review state that the router become hot when use, and i guess that might be the reason why so many people having problem with it. so i buy a 40mm fan, hooked up with a usb connector and plug in the usb port on the router and mount the fan so it blow cool air inside and cool the whole router. The router never gets hot at all and works flawlessly for the lat 2 months or so.
