I don;t do peer to peer I use something else which will never be stoped, the only way they will be able to stop it is if they turn the internet off altogether and they I think it will still be accessible through a private internet nn guys im off bed.

You should call your ISP and demand the service you pay for. that upload is atrocious . i hate how isp's cut our upload down so they can jack up the download instead they should be building a better infrastructure like any utility would.

my ISP shapes p2p packets. and I've noticed after I'm done P2Ping and shut my torrents off my ventrilo seems to lag. I suspect my voip packets being shaped since my ping goes over 9000 and lags my outbound although the inbound I receive is fine. Its disappointing because if i do the speedtest it comes out exactly the same. every time.
This has been a problem for a while i phoned Shaw up once about it and they asked me if my web browser worked and that was all they cared about. as soon as i mentioned packet shapeing they bounced back with an immediate defense I was pretty disappointed but because of the lack of alternative ISP's in this area there is no other choice but to take it

Grumpy its actually from 4 o clock to 11 o clock now, they changed it. My speed gets chopped down by three quarters during peak times. From a healthy 20 meg to a ridiculous 4 maybe 5 if I'm lucky.

Hello guy's btw, been a long time.
