    Hey Skullfox,
Welcome to PureOC!! Now on to you question. If your talking about the core speed than thats just Enhanced Intel SpeedStep , This allows the processor to meet the instantaneous performance needs of the operation being performed, while minimizing power draw and heat dissipation. IDK about lappys but there should be a setting in your BIO's to disable it.

Her screen shots were taken during the benchmark test. Yours is during idle. The CPU throttles up Freq during actuall usage. Go download Prime95 from herePrime95 (64bit) - 25.11 Download - EXTREME Overclocking. Download Coretemp from here. Core Temp

Install Coretemp. Start up coretemp. At idle it should look close to the CPUz pic above. Run Prime95 while coretemp is open. You will see your cpu freq and Multiplier increase to look similar to the pics you saw in windwithme's review. Nothing is wrong with your laptop.

We know it will work lol We just want you to see it for yourself so you will be comfortable with your laptops speed. Feel free to ask away. That is what we are here for.
