    Pros: It glows. Actually, that's really cool...might be a major PRO.

    I don't see any particular CONS, everything seems pretty mainstream.

    Timings seem OK, @ 2666 CAS 15 seems pretty standard @ 1.2V. So, I guess it would all depend on $$$

    Well then...

    I guess it's all about the beauty. If the cool Lights and somewhat unique look of the DIMM are worth an ~$40 for 8GB...then you're good to go...otherwise...well, you can pick up several other DIMMS for a LOT less:

    And one or two for similar prices...

    Dunno...there might be some extra overclocking headroom in there too...hard to say. Personally, I'd buy it for the cool Lights, but only if I was buying 8GB. If I was Maxpopping a Z170 with 64GB, no way...lol.
