Well I used to use the OCZ Reaper 1333mhz ram, till I upgraded to the OCZ SLi ready 2000mhz ram.
umm they are stock 1333mhz, they shouldn't have been stock at 800mhz.
well since at 1333mhz the cas latency on them is 6-5-5-18 and 1.85V, so at 1600mhz they should have latency around 7-7-7-24 and you can upp the Volts to 1.9v without voiding OCZ warrenty.

But make sure you have them unlinked from the processor and you up the mhz with small increments till you find it is unstable. when you reach that point change the latencies to looser timing, and when you get to a wall that you can't pass up the voltage by .5v to see if it can break past it.

I got mine to 1600mhz on my motherboard evga 790i ultra but at latency's of 8-8-8-26 (it would set them to different latencys in bios then what I set) and I had the Volt up to 1.95v
I blame that to the immature bios that I had at the time for the 790i ultra
they were kinda unstable like that but they work for me there.

ddr3-800mhz to 1330mhz is damn good, I'm not sure if you can get it runs at 1600mhz.
Like Kaganader said when you oc your ram you need to increase its voltage and loosen the timming.
