Default 22inch widescreen vs. Two 19inch monitors ???

I'm wondering which one to go for ...... When it comes to resolution settings It would be lowever on 19 inch than a 22inch and that would mean better performance graphics wise? and i would still have the viewing area of a 22inch as i'd have the second 19 inch monitor

    what do you think ?

2x output on the card decrease performance a little too. personally i'd go for 2x 19" cause i'm not really into gaming anymore... if i was, i would choose 22"

True but when I play a game I only need one screen and i can turn of the other if performance is taking a noticeable hit.

Im not a a hardcore gamer either but i do like playing them every now and again call of duty and world in conflict plus far cry ..... apaaart from that my pc is like my entratainment centre of my room

il be surfin the web, watching movie and listening to music all at the same time so being able to have two screens to split the apps across would be great

Don't know why im so undecisive!

But I know in a few years im gona wanna upgrade to a 24inch when the new nvidia 9 or 10 series gfx cards come out and games start to make use of all that screen and power

so im still f*** either way lol

i don't really know what's good or bad... in fact i'm not really interested.. cause i can't afford ANY upgrade at the moment and this will be the case for this year atleast.. so i'm behind on all of the hardware news.

and just for the record, movies are available on teh nets in 720p and 1080p. so the quality of them isn't an issue anymore

Samsung and LG LCDs are usually very nice in quality, so are Dell and Hewlett Packard's.

There are some new 19" Super Resolution Monitors at 1680x1050 if you can get one, those are apparently really good.

i ssume you mean a 19" 14:9 format? i'd probably go the 22" route, i saw the HP W2207 the other day in a store and i must admit, it looked like a great screen.
