Default Monitor Won't Turn on After Computer Wakes Up

After I put it in sleep mode, sometimes my monitor will go into power-saving mode on wake-up and I have to reset the computer to get the monitor working. Sometimes, I get to login screen after it wakes up, I login, and then the monitor turns off. Any ideas?

I did some research and found it may have something to do with BIOS.

Under boot, I noticed "Repost Video on S3 Resume" was disabled.
S1 system state is when the CPU stops executing instructions, but power is maintained and the fans remain on (AI Nap).
S3 System state powers down all components except the RAM (Sleep mode).

If "Repost Video" is off, the video card does not boot back up. This is the cause of the problem. I tested it, looks like it's fixed.
