Download Mozilla Firefox 6 Final

If you’ve been eager to download the final version of Firefox 6, you might be happy to know that it’s already available on Mozilla’s servers. While it’s expected to be rolled out through the browser’s automatic updating feature starting next week, you can get it now.

This new release includes several minor improvements that might not be noticeable to the naked eye: indeed, there are no major user interface changes or a revamped feature set, at least for the common user. Yet, after using the browser for a few minutes, you might immediately notice speed improvements of about 20% according to Mozilla itself, as well as significantly reduced memory consumption.

I've been trying all the latest FF 3, 4, 5, and 6. For me, the Aurora version is the best (pretty quick in comparison).

firefox sucks get google chrome it loads way faster and records your downloads incase you lose one

I must say that i`m running with Firefox 8 x64 version and in my opinion beats them all. Runs better than FF 6 if you ask me.

Thanks just grabbed the FF 6 and yep it seems a bit quicker in MS Win 7 Also grabbed the Nightly FF build and will likely check out the both the FF 6 and Nightly source tarballs on one of my Linux boots to compare,Just easier for me to monitor the difference in mem use etc with real surfing use during the week.Did similiar before with FF 5 and Chrome to compare and surprisingly for some FF5 did a better job of memory management at the time.
