    Default Windows 7 OEM

Question on Dell Computer and OEM upgrade from Vista.

Other half has a Dell Computer I bought a little over 5 years ago.
I-7 920 chip and 6 gigs of Ram and 5770 Vid card from my rig.
Pretty much non upgradable but works for her.

Didn't want me to build one for her, As knew I would get (Carried Away) YUP!!

Has the Dell installed Vista HE 64 Bit SP-2 setup on it.
Finnally pretty much took a dump after all these years without a Reload.

Any problem getting the Win 7 64 Bit OEM builders OS as these Dell Boards and Bios's are tied to
    thier boards.
$99.00 free shipping Opposed to over 149 for the full retail OS.

    Any thoughts.

Just want to make sure sure no install problems as Dell Boards,(FoxConn) have always been propriatary when it comes to this.
Another factor is delivery, Not going to wait on delivery at (ALL).

New Egg has always been very quick as to delivery and has outlet on the west coast.

I deal with Newegg too. Fast delivery all of the time.
$76.98 for Win-7 Professional 64Bit is a heck of a good deal though.
